Daniel Hect, CEO of the Masters Hall of Fame, announces “Superfoot” Bill Wallace as the Guest Speaker for the 2008 Masters Hall of Fame Event.

The Masters Hall of Fame is proud to announce Superfoot” Bill Wallace is the Guest Speaker at the 2008 Masters Hall of Fame Annual Event. The Black Tie event will recognize Martial Artist for their Excellence in the Martial Arts.

The Masters Hall of Fame is proud to announce Superfoot” Bill Wallace is the Guest Speaker at the 2008 Masters Hall of Fame Annual Event. The Black Tie event will recognize Martial Artist for their Continued Excellence in the Martial Arts.

Bill Wallace started studying Karate in February 1967 and it was not long before Bill Wallace became a dominating figure in the Martial Arts Tournament Circuit. Bill captured virtually every major event on the tournament circuit, several of his more prestigious victories included: the U.S. Championships (3 times), the USKA Grand Nationals (3 times), and the Top Ten Nationals (2 times). As well as being a National Champion three years in a row. As Bill dominated the Tournament he was given the nickname "Superfoot," because of the sting of his awesome left leg. Wallace left a string of battered and bruised bodies along the martial arts fighting trail.

As an accomplished Tournament fighter “Superfoot” Bill Wallace looked to continue his Fighting Career as a Full Contact Fighter with the Professional Karate Association. Superfoot’s Professional Full Contact record was 23-0; and he retired as the undefeated Professional Karate Association (PKA) Middleweight Champion after defeating Bill Biggs in a 12-round bout in June 1980. The victory over Bill Biggs, signaled the end to an illustrious 15-year career in tournament and full contact fighting.

Although “Superfoot” retired as a Full Contact Karate Champion nearly 28 years ago, his impact on Martial Artist is still being felt today. He continues to be a dominant figure in martial arts community and is actively involved with Mentoring, Teaching and Leading today’s Martial Artist throughout the World through seminars, books and Public Appearances.

Like a true Master, Bill Wallace influence to the Martial Arts Community is not only physical; Grand Master Wallace has a strong commitment to Educational and leads by example. He has earned a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University and a Master's degree from Memphis State University; his Academic accomplishments are another example of Leadership in the Martial Arts.

Despite his retirement from Full Contact Karate, Grand Master “Superfoot” Wallace continues to be one of today’s most influential Martial Artist, he shares his knowlage as a contributing writer for Black Belt Magazine, as well as being a author of three books:

• Karate: Basic Concepts & Skills • Dynamic Kicking & Stretching • The Ultimate Kick

The 2008 Masters Hall of Fame Event will be hosted at the Orange County Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa California on August 02, 2008 and will recognize some of today’s best Martial Artist Leaders. This year's nominees are a cross representation of the Martial Artist through out the World that exemplify “Excellence in the Martial Arts”.
